The Metropolitan Museum









The Metropolitan Museum, not to be confused with the MOMA or Museum of Modern art is just one of several world class museums you can visit during your stay in New York City. It's located near Central Park and has several exhibits on display as well as the Cloisters (My Fav) a part of the museum dedicated to European Medieval art and architecture. Plan on spending a good part of the day here as there is a lot to see. If you work up an appetite while exploring the museum there is a cafe downstairs that serves good food at reasonable prices.

Admission is a "Recommended" $20 for adults and children under 12 are free. You can find out more information here:
