Tucked away on E. 9th Street, Meg is a beautiful designer boutique.

I first discovered this little gem while wandering around on a cold pre-Christmas evening looking for that special LBD (little black dress for those not familiar with fashionista speak) to wear to a Broadway show. I found it at Meg! If you want to feel like a 5th Avenue New Yorker, this is the place. The owner/designer Meghan Kinney has a wonderfully creative eye for fashion, the service is excellent and the boutique itself is utterly delightful. I strongly encourage those with a tooth for shopping to wander along the streets of the lower East Village, but especially to stop by Meg - you just never know what wonders might await.
